Randy Shannon, President of Web Strategies, has many years of senior management experience and is a frequent presenter on Internet, employment and technology issues. 

In addition to his graduate degree from Columbia University, Randy has studied graphic and web design at the School of Visual Arts in New York City.  He is a Novell-certified Internet Business Strategist as well as a Certified Internet Webmaster.  In the document imaging field, he is certified as an Enterprise Content Management Practitioner (ECMP) from AIIM, the Enterprise Content Management Association, and has completed the training program for CompTIA CDIA+ Certification (Certified Document Imaging Architec). 

Web Strategies is a member of the Microsoft Partner network and participant in the Microsoft WebsiteSpark program. Randy is a Constant Contact Solution Provider and a Certified Expert Trainer. He does frequent presentations about Constant Contact and email /social media marketing as well as other technology topics.
